We are currently offering outdoors training options for individuals and small groups. Tai Chi is often better practiced outdoors, it is grounding, the activity develops a peaceful and relaxed internal state. The health benefits are numerous, yet the effort required for training is only moderate.
We currently have three classes running, two on Tuesday and one on Thursday mornings. Private training for individuals and small groups can also be arranged at different times through the week; please contact me if you would like to organise your own sessions. Timetabled classes are $25; for private training, prices start at $55.
In the meantime, you are welcome to watch and follow along with my 15 minutes beginner Tai Chi sequence on YouTube. And of course, feel free to browse through other videos as listed below.

Practiced widely for improved health and vitality, Tai Chi is characterised by a series of slow, fluid movements, with attention paid to coordination, posture and the breath. It originated as a meditative and martial art in China, and as the country's most famous 'internal' style of Wushu (martial arts), the priority was always first and foremost to promote good health and develop physical awareness.
